At Farm Passion Agro E-Commerce, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of agrochemical products, we have specific return guidelines:

 Eligible for Return/Refund:

• Damaged/Defective Products – If items arrive broken or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photo proof.
• Wrong Item Shipped – We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened/Used Agrochemicals (safety & regulatory reasons).
• Perishable or custom-ordered products.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us via email/phone within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide order details + evidence (photos/videos).
3. Approval → Return shipping label (if applicable).
4. Refund/Replacement processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
